GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION

Our school starts with one-year-olds and progresses to four/five-year-olds in the Pre-K program. We have 1 Toddler class, 2 Twos Classes, 2 Threes Classes, and 1 Pre-K program. 

Class placement is based on your child's age as of September 1st, and students are generally placed into a classroom with peers that most closely match their age and developmental level. Students that need more time to develop will generally do an extra year in the Three's class. 

We operate a traditional 10 month school program that starts in August and runs through May of the following year.  We are open normal hours for summer camp in June and July. See the FAQ/Calendar page for more details. 

Our Toddler, Twos , and Threes programs offer options of two to five days per week. Parents have the flexibility of choosing their desired days subject to availability 

(e.g. T-Th, M-T-W, or W-Th-F, etc.) 

Our Pre-K program is always 5 days per week in order to ensure kindergarten readiness.

You have the option of choosing our "Morning Program" or "Full Day Program"

• Morning Program: M-F from 9am to 12pm (optional early or late care addons available)
• Full Day Program: M-F from 7am to 5:30pm

Breakfast is served daily to Full Day students between 7am and 8am. All students bring their lunch and eat together between ~11:40 and 12:00pm daily. We serve a pizza and fruit/veggie lunch every Monday to full day students, and morning students may add this option as well.

Our daily nap period is from ~12pm to 2pm and all Toddlers and Twos nap during this time. Many Threes and a few Pre-K students still nap but are not required to. The older students who no longer nap enjoy a free play period during this time that we call "Fun Bunch". 

All kids develop at different levels, which is why we have a flexible toilet transition policy. We will work with parents to reinforce skills learned at home to make the transition from diapers to independent toilet use. Some of our older students still wear pull ups during nap, and that's just fine!

We use a school management platform called Brightwheel. It is a centralized system for billing, scheduling, check in/out, daily updates (like diaper changes), and allows real time text and photo communication between parents and teachers via the smartphone app.
